Job Description:
Responsible for all activities in the accounts payable function.
Ensures timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers and maintains

QUALIFICATIONS:

Security Manager
Job Description:
Interviews, Hires, Supervises, Trains, security team and oversees daily work
functions of security staff. Plots and scales emergency routes. Conducts
regularly scheduled emergency drills. Walks and scales the grounds of Club
Snapps before and during operations.
Conducts and assigns internal and external check points. Conducts regular
inspections of staff for quality control and equipment check. Protects the
inside and outside property from theft, and/or damage. Protects Patrons and
Staff of Club Snapps from danger, violence or bodily harm. Maintains constant
contact with local Police and Fire departments prior to and during events.
Administer first aid to Patrons and Staff as needed.
QUALFICATIONS:
Must have 3 to 4 years as Security Management experience. Must have knowledge of

Must have State security certification, must be bondable, have a pistol license
(State certified) if armed, State certification security if unarmed. Clean

Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of first aid certification necessary is a must.

Job Description:
Responsible for making travel and hotel arrangements for C.E.O. and Executive
Staff. Maintaining calendar and schedules of C.E.O. Prepare conference room for

all documents of a sensitive nature. Must keep accurate file of Membership

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors or Associates degree in Business, Accounting, or Computer Applications
is a must. Should have at least 3 years experience assisting a C.E.O. or V.P. or
10 years as an Administrative Assistant assisting Executive Staff or upper
Management. Must have experience making travel arrangements. Must have high
level of computer literacy and Internet savvy, and working knowledge of MS
